Keywords: Magento - Google Cloud Platform - Technical issue - OtherDescription: Hello. Updated Magento GCP to version 2.4.1-6 by mistake. According to your changelog, the latest version is 2.4.1-3. Version 2.4.1-6 is for OS X and sneaks into GCP Linux. I am asking for a quick solution to this problem.
The Changelog is not up to date.Magento 2.4.1-6 is the current version on GCP, if you look at the description on GCP page it states all the versions of installed packages such as: Elasticsearch 7.10.2, MariaDB 10.3.27, PHP 7.5.14 etc
https://console.cloud.google.com/marketplace/product/bitnami-launchpad/magento
Use the command:sudo bin/magento-cli setup:upgrade or sudo php bin/magento setup:upgrade?
2.4.1-6 is not the Magento version, it’s the Bitnami Image version
Magento is 2.4.1 , new release of magento is 2.4.2 next month
Hi @marcin.piechota,
As @julystripe mentioned, 2.4.1-6 is the latest version we published in the Google Marketplace and it contains the latest versions of the different components Magento needs to run. That version doesn't appear in the changelog file in bitnami.com (https://bitnami.com/stack/magento/changelog.txt) because the changelog file is only valid for installers, the cloud images are using a different packaging technology and the information is shown in the Marketplace page
Happy to help!
