FTP with AWS - Can no longer connect with key

Description:
I'm trying to upload an Opencart module via FTP. I am using AWS. I have downloaded the PPK files, and I have successfully connected using WinSCP in the past. Most recently, I installed a new theme.

However, I now receive an error that the server is refusing the key. I have tried using FileZilla and WinSCP with the same error.

Is there a way to reset the key? Create a new file?

Hi @caribeconcierge,

Have you edited any file in the AWS server? The original SSH should be installed unless you modified any file in the /home/bitnami/.ssh directory. Is that your case? Can you try downloading the SSH key again?

I'm afraid we can't help you if you don't have any access to the instance. You will need to ask the AWS support team for help on this.
