Did you check the solution provided on the thread I shared with you?
In the /opt/bitnami/apps/prestashop/conf/htaccess.conf, you'll find a line like this:
# PrestaShop current domain: 'XX.XX.XX.XX'
That might be pointing to the old domain or the IP of your server.
In order to fix it (since you update the IP following the docs https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/apps/prestashop/#updating-the-ip-address-or-hostname), run the command:
sed -e "s/XX.XX.XX.XX/YOUR_DOMAIN/g" /opt/bitnami/apps/prestashop/conf/htaccess.conf
Please note that you need to replace XX.XX.XX.XX with the value you have in the file, and YOUR_DOMAIN with the actual hostname of your server.
Finally, restart Apache;
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache
