Could you run the Bnsupport Tool again and send me the code ID at the end of the output?

sudo /opt/bitnami/bnsupport-tool 



here’s an update i tried to create a export profile.
and tried to click export now button many times.
There’s time that the exporting process succeed and sometimes it throws error saying permission denied.
Can you explain why this things happen everytime?

It seems the acl permissions are still set on the /opt/bitnami/apps/akeneo/htdocs/var folder. Can you check?

getfacl /opt/bitnami/apps/akeneo/htdocs/var 

You can remove them with:

setfacl -b /opt/bitnami/apps/akeneo/htdocs/var
