Sure. Yes, it is a Django web application. Its deployed according to the documentation provided in this link https://aws.amazon.com/getting-started/hands-on/deploy-python-application
The application involves creating folders in the media folder of the project and saving the files uploaded by the user in it. Later these files are supposed to be downloaded by another user. So the application zips all the files in the folder and provides a zip file as a download. The application runs well in my local system, but when it is deployed on bitnami, the browser gives the following error.
Exception Type: FileNotFoundError
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/opt/bitnami/apps/django/django_projects/protoezy/media/DesignOrders/guest_design_order_files/200519_012837.zip'
I looked at the media folder that contains the user uploads, it is owned by daemon with drwxr-xr-x permissions.
So I am guessing that my django application is unable to zip the folder as it does not have permissions. Hence the zip is not created and so the 'file not found error'.
