I'm using the upgrade plan as recommended by bitnami and seen at: https://docs.civicrm.org/sysadmin/en/latest/upgrade/drupal7/
The 'Verify permissions', 'Clear cached files', and 'Upgrade the database' steps are giving me problems with permission issues. I'm doing the upgrade logged in via ssh (Putty), i.e. user 'bitnami'. The files generally show ownership bitnami:daemon or daemon:daemon.
I've reread and retried the upgrade steps after doing a restore, so it doesn't appear to be an oversight on my part.
