Failed to open stream: Permission denied - AKENEO

Keywords: Akeneo - AWS - Technical issue - Permissions
Description:
Every time Ill create new import/export profile on akeneo and try to run it, I always receive the error “FAILED
The stream or file “/opt/bitnami/apps/akeneo/htdocs/var/logs/batch/164/batch_77f03a379b70d35450a3516d095b2e0a41a68cbf.log” could not be opened: failed to open stream: Permission denied”.

Is there a way to fix it without running the chmod and chown command? How to set up future file or directory correct permission for newly created file/directory.

Hi @jaybeerivera02,

Default permissions should be fine. Did you modify them somehow?

We have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?

Please note that you need to paste the code ID that is shown at the end.

I didn’t modified anything.

From the start its like that.

here the code: 6f4a5de0-a8d4-791e-8c9e-515791c91adf

Hi @jaybeerivera02,

Can you try to remove the ACL configuration using the setfacl -d command or using the tool you used to configure the ACL settings.
