I think I just found the root cause of the issue. The permissions of the php/tmp folder were modified and now Apache and PHP can't write into that folder. Can you try running these commands to restore them?
sudo chmod 777 /opt/bitnami/php/tmp
sudo chown -R daemon:daemon /opt/bitnami/php/tmp/*
sudo chmod 600 /opt/bitnami/php/tmp/*
Apart from that, there was a typo in the commands that @michiel shared before, can you also run these commands?
sudo chown bitnami:daemon -R /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content
sudo chmod g+w -R /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content
If you can't access WordPress after that, please share with us the Bitnami Support code again so we review the new error in the Apache's log. You can also check it by opening the file at /opt/bitnami/apache2/logs/error_log
