Export data is generating 0KB file

Description:
Export of sql and xml is gerating 0kb file. database and application is working but the backup is not happening. Backup of database is happening through backend but it is not happening through resourcespace.

Could you please provide more information about the issue?

The Operating system you have
The version of the application you are using
The steps you followed so we can reproduce the issue
We also have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please download and execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?
