My site was working well. Then came the shocking problem, (Error establishing a database connection). Please help to solve this problem.

Hello @zaheera569,

The error is caused by insufficient space. Looking at your free space, your disk is almost full: You could try to increase your instance’s storage.

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/xvda1 9.7G 9.3G 0 100% /

You will need to increase your storage space. We have a guide on how to Modify Elastic Block Storage (EBS) Volumes For Bitnami Applications On AWS that may be of help.

Sir, my hosting space 100GB.

Hello @zaheera569,

Are you sure the bnsupport ID corresponds to the affected instance? In the report it seems clear the issue is coming from not having space left with the instance’s space being 10GB:

Sir, I have connected Aws hosting to Bitnami Cloud Hosting. Where you can see everything. Please solve the problem.

Hello @zaheera569,

The last bnsupport ID indeed has 100GB of space. I have looked into the configuration and all the services seem to be up and running, with your website been reachable and working properly but your wp_options table seems to be corrupted and needs to be repaired:

2021-04-06T11:31:32.110016Z 191 [ERROR] [MY-013134] [Server] Table './bitnami_wordpress/wp_options' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
2021-04-06T11:31:59.658909Z 192 [ERROR] [MY-013134] [Server] Table './bitnami_wordpress/wp_options' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

Could you check this other post in this community forum and try repairing the affected table?
