We are going to review the output of the support tool but in order to not to delay this, could you please share the following information (you can either attach them here or send an email to us but updating this thread after that)
- The output of the following commands

df -h >> /home/bitnami/output.log
echo "Inodes information" >> /home/bitnami/output.log
df -i >> /home/bitnami/output.log
echo "Memory information" >> /home/bitnami/output.log
free -m >> /home/bitnami/output.log
echo "Permissions information" >> /home/bitnami/output.log
ls -a -l -R /opt/bitnami/apache2/ >> /home/bitnami/output.log
ls -a -l -R /opt/bitnami/apps/canvaslms/ >> /home/bitnami/output.log
Those commands will create and fill a file (output.log) in the home folder of the bitnami user, you can use a SFTP connection to retrieve all those files.
Could you please let us know the exact steps you are following when receiving this error message (Log in to the application, click on ...) and the CSV file you are using?
