Error in connecting to parse server through android . java.net.ConnectException: Failed to connect to /127.0.0.1:1337

Description:
I am trying to develop a basic app. while trying to download image file i get above error. I am able to upload file but unable to download it . Even i could not download image file from parse dashboard . When i try to download file , it gives error This site can't be reached and image has a link http://127.0.0.1:1337/parse/files/myappID/5d8427ee820a3cc5d4f3e89b4195d738_image.png .
