Error 522 after backup plugins from single site!

Description:
After restoring plugins from a single site backup file to an another site in aws multisite app.
Whole system crashed, but just in a moment, I could access to admin then re-install all plugins that were removed.
Everything were working well in about 30 minutes, I was:
- Setting up new themes to network.
- Adding plugins to network.
- Editing some pages of a site
But then every sites in system got 522 error.

I changed plugins folder to deactive all, but nothing change!
Can someone help me this?

thanks for using Bitnami. I checked your data of the bnsupport it seems you have a small instance
