Error 503 & Thin Redmine service stops itself

I am backing up my data according to the step described in the following link.

After backing up the data I couldn't enter the system again. I have t reinstall the redmine everytime. This is really disturbing. I found the similar subject in forum (link attached). But I think also they reinstall the program to solve the issue.

Solution really will help a lot. Thanks in advance

Now I searched the services.msc.

Now I am trying to find what changed the winserv.exe.

Hi @kamilafacan,

So you only did backup your data running the mysqldump command and the things servers crashed, didn't they? Did you make any other change to the configuration/application lately?

You will probably find more information about these errors in the logs folder of the Redmine installation. Could you please let us know what you find there?

Your comment/guess is fully correct. I did nothing except running the written commands in Bitnami Stack Environment.
I reinstalled the system due to emergency. If you send me the name and the folder for the log file that you need, I will especially did the same thing just to see and get the results for you. I wish you may solve and I contribute to the solution in one way.
