Error 503 Backend fetch failed Megenta after installation extension

I got “Error 503 Backend fetch failed” and lost connection to the server.
Also, I did following:

But issue does not resolved.
Can you help me to resolve it?
P.S. Before that, I tried to installation extension.

You are probably running into a permissions issue, could you please let us know the Magento’s version you launched in AWS?

Hi @r.sipakov,

There are some folders that are configured with the bitnami user instead of daemon. Magento needs to be configured with the daemon:daemon permissions in order to work. Please run this command

sudo chown daemon:daemon -R /opt/bitnami/apps/magento/htdocs/
