Error 410 or Unable to connect to Parse API when logging in

bndiagnostic failure reason: The suggested guides are not related with my issue

Description:
When we try to log in, it returns one of two issues:

  1. XMLHttpRequest failed: “Unable to connect to Parse API when logging in”
  2. Http error 410, see image:

We tried with a bunch of different usernames and modifying things at the clients code with no solution.

As for more tests, the app update works at iOs, at android apps installed via USB, at android apps used on BlueStacks4, but it doesn’t work at android app installed by Play Store and updated via CodePush or android app installed by apk with the parse initialized directly to bitnami aws parse.

Thanks for using our Bitnami Parse stack! I’m not sure I understood the issue correctly, you are having issues accessing or updating the parse instance using some parse apps on mobiles, right? I suppose you can access the instance from the computer without issues?

It looks like this issue is outside the scope of the support provided in this forum, as it doesn’t look like it is coming from the instance’s configuration and more an issue with the application itself. If so, I would recommend you to reach out to Parse developers in their official forums:
