Error 403 when displaying images

Hi, I have an instance of odoo 12, which I install with the Odoo Certified by Bitnami package, I am having a problem and I cannot find the solution for this, I have loaded a number of products, then I added the images to each one, but when I enter the list of products, some images are broken, inspecting I observe that it gives me error 403 when they are loading, I do not know why this is due. I open a product and its image loads perfectly, I also open the url of the image and it also loads me well. I would like to solve this problem, if someone can help me.

Just to try to better understand the issue, do the failing images have an extension different from the ones that are loading correctly? Do the same images fail every time?

Hello @fdepaz, yes, the images have the same format, they are even the same images that I use in another instance, which is the one I am migrating, this one is not with bitnami. It does not always happen with the same images, for example, one may appear to me as broken, when I open the file and return to the list it loads me. The problem is only when I see the kanba list of the products, of the rest everywhere it loads the image, I will leave you some images so you can see how it behaves in the different places.

Hello @andresdamelio24,

That is quite the strange behaviour. The fact that it fails only sometimes and not with the same images every time seems like an application issue to me. If the issue is not present in your previous instance, it may be because you are using a different daily Odoo 12 version. The version of your Bitnami Odoo instance is 12.0.20201015-0, could you check whether the other instance uses the same nightly?
