Hi Bitnami Team,
I just installed Bitnami Mantis on a Win 2012 R2 Server with the Bitnami Windows Installer and default settings. After the installation, I modified the config_inc.php to allow sending mails which already works fine.
The server has an IP address with 10.xxx and the firewall is disabled (since it is only accessible from internal clients).
While connected with RDP on the server, I can open the browser and access and configure Mantis as I wish. When I use the 10.x.x.x:81 from my client, I can also see the "Awesome! Mantis is now installed" screen, but when I click on "Access Mantis", I get the Error #2002 - Connection refused.
When I changed the IP address in the config_inc.php from 127.0.0.1 to 10.x.x.x (the server address), I can access the Welcome Screen from the server (via RDP), but not beyond - I now get the same error mesage.
What I want:
I want to prepare an URL for every user to access Mantis with their browser to report tickets. But I might forgot here a few important steps. Any ideas?
