I checked the new bnsupport bundle but the
httpd-info.conf file is not retrieved by the tool.
Can you also share with us the output of running the next command from the LAMP server?
curl -vvv -LI "http://127.0.0.1/server-status"
Regarding the logs, yes, we need you to post the most recent errors (the last 10 lines should be enough I think) to try to understand what's happening.
Apart from the above, I launched a fresh new LAMP server and I enabled the
/server-status location following your steps:
- Uncommented the
httpd.conf file to include the
# Real-time info on requests and configuration
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache
- Created an SSH tunnel from my laptop to the server
ssh -N -L 8080:127.0.0.1:80 bitnami@MY_SERVER_IP
- When I visit the
http://127.0.0.1:8080/server-status URL from my laptop, I get the Apache data
Can you start a new server and try again?
