Thanks for using Bitnami. When you enable an HTTP proxy the domain IP must be changed to a CloudFlare server so that final users benefit from the caching and / or other Cloudflare services.
If you need to access your server directly you need to use the IP or point another (sub)domain to it. E.g. if you have
www.example.com pointing to cloudflare, you can have
admin.example.com pointing to your machine directly.
Can you provide more details on what you want to do with Cloudflare SSL?
