After countless tries, hours reading up on the forum, multiple attempts at fixing it I am kind of lost.
When I set up magepal, the test emails went through, but when I click on "send email" or whenever we do test orders, there's never any emails being sent out.
I put up my own email for email failures and I got this "firstname.lastname@example.org" as the sender. I've spoken to my DNS host and they are telling me my settings are correct.
Where and how can I fix so that we get outgoing emails from Magento if all the configurations on the admin panel is correct?
I could look in the backend if I get instructions of which file and what line to modify. But as of now I'm clueless.
