Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the issue.
If you're receiving correctly the test email, the problem will be due to the configuration about which notifications to receive and which no, because the parameters related to the protocol are configured fine.
You should take a look at different configurations:
- My account:
- Administration > Settings > Email notifications
You should configure your preferences, with the proper configuration in both screens, notifications works fine for me.
