I think that your Eclipse IDE is not starting the Bitnami Apache server that you installed but a web browser with URL 127.0.0.1 or other web server that you have configured in Eclipse, for example Tomcat. Am I wrong?
Could you please check that the Apache and MySQL servers installed using the Bitnami WordPress Stack are running when trying to access to your WordPress website from Chrome or Internet Explorer? You can use our Bitnami Manager Tool to start/stop servers. Please, find more information about how to start/stop these servers in your Windows installation at https://wiki.bitnami.com/applications/bitnami_wordpress_stack#section-tab12
Apart from that, what do you see if you visit http://127.0.0.1/wordpress? If you have not installed the Bitnami WordPress Stack Apache server on port 80 (default value), please visit http://127.0.0.1:PORT_NUMBER/wordpress in your web browser instead
Hope it helps,
