Hi @acelobos9,

Thanks for using Bitnami. I can’t find any error message in the logs you shared. Did you modify anything on your server before running the reboot command? Do you know if you are running out of free disk space?

Hi @gongomgra
I still have enough disk space on my instance. I’m confused as well. I’m not sure what caused the issue. I’m pretty sure doing a reboot shouldn’t break my instance. It seems like the instance has been broken from an OS level. I’m not sure if the Postfix installation affected anything on my server.

I’ve recovered all my source code and database by creating a new instance with the same AMI and duplicating all the files from the old EBS Storage

/opt/bitnami
/bitnami
into the new instance using
sudo rsync -a
I had to turn off the services first to avoid any possible conflicts with the rsync.

Hi @acelobos9,

It seems like the instance has been broken from an OS level. I’m not sure if the Postfix installation affected anything on my server.

It may have caused issues, although it shouldn’t. Did it finish with error?

Did the rsync action work properly? Is your new instance working with your data and is everything fine?
