i know it's a little off-topic, but i have another security-question.
all my machines run as vm under windows server on two hp netservers.
when i want to administrate (from home, cause of corona), i do it via rdp (3389).
i had a ransomeware-attack last year, and so i do it now through a ssh-tunnel from my win at home to a debian-machine
at school. (3389 tunnels through 22). for the time of administration, i have to disable all iptables on the debian-system. although i opened 22 and 3389, it does not work otherwise.
now the question : is this structure a security-problem, or "can i sleep well" ?
