IMPORTANT, please fill the questions
We assume you are using Bitnami to deploy your application.
Which version of the application are you using?: Drupal 7.54, Drush 8.1.9 on Windows 7
Please choose how you got the application: Installer (Windows, Linux, macOS), cloud image (AWS, GCE, Azure, ...) or VM (VMDK, VBOX): Windows Installer (Windows 7)
Have you installed any plugin or modified any configuration file?: No
Describe here your question/suggestion/issue (expected and actual results): When attempting to run "drush status" in the Windows 7 command line at the path of the drupal install (in this case E:\bitnami\drupal\apps\drupal\htdocs), I receive this message " 'drush' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. (expected result is the return of the drush status information, in this case).
Bitnami is not installed on my C drive, which I suspect may be the issue and why windows is not recognizing it. But this is only a guess. I've searched the documentation and the community to find any similar issues but have not been successful.
Is there some Windows configuration file that needs to be edited to recognize the drush installation?
Thank you for any help getting Drush to work for my installation.
