I have an existing static html website using Bitnami LAMP (AWS) that I was trying to run Drupal 8 alongside. While initially configuring Drupal, I installed the security review module and changed some of the permissions it suggested, but in the process i think i broke something. No worries as I hadn't set up too much within Drupal.
I uninstalled Drupal using the provided uninstaller, then attempted to reinstall but it says there are post install problems. Is this a common issue that there may be a fix to?
If i attempt to go to https://server-ip/drupal after install, it takes me to an installation page. I've tried to install, but can't find the mysql database name and no credentials seem to log me in into mysql to check (root and bitnami users.). So it seems i can't reinstall from web interface either.
I don't really want to migrate the existing LAMP apache, because i wouldn't even begin to know what files to bring over to a new AWS instance between lets encrypt and apache. Any suggestions for what i can try to get out of this situation?
