Hi i'm trying to download logs in report but they are too big and i get an error "err_invalid_response". Note, I can download the reports with little information, thanks

Can you run the bnsupport tool - it will gather some configuration data and logs that can help us troubleshoot the issue - and send me the code that is shown at the end?

sudo /opt/bitnami/bnsupport-tool

Thanks, it was finally just increasing the size of memory_limit
