It seems your database got corrupted somehow. Because of this, it is recommended you re-install WAMP.
First of all, do you have any recent backups of the MySQL database? If not, please create a backup by compressing the "mysql" directory (this is very important).
After that, in order to bypass this issue, please add the following configuration to your my.ini configuration file, under the
innodb_force_recovery = 6
After that, try to restart again. If it works, and log in so you can dump all your MySQL tables.
Once done, please stop your MySQL server and install a new copy of Bitnami LAMP for security reasons (you may need to stop all services prior to this, to keep using the same ports). Once installed, import your previously dumped MySQL database and move your application to that new WAMP.
