With newly installed Google Cloud Bitnami certified Open Project; the site declares this as a warking: "Future versions of OpenProject will likely drop or reduce support for MySQL and MariaDB databases. Your installation is still running on MySQL and we suggest you migrate your installation to PostgreSQL. This process is easy when following our migration guides:"
I found a track here from Bitnami that discounted this warning as being applicable only for DEB/RPM package installs. If the author had read further it was the particular instructions for migrating, not the need for migrating that the page that makes this statement addresses (this is the first page that comes up on a google search : https://www.openproject.org/operations/migration-guides/migrating-packaged-openproject-database-postgresql/)
Indeed Open Project is deprecating MySQL and moving to Postgres. What is the Bitnami approach for supporting this change on existing Bitnami instances?
