we have our SugarCRM in AWS EC2 Instance, when the issue started,we first rebooted the instance, but even after rebooting the instance, mysql database does not start.
executed /etc/init.d/mysql stop
returned > * Stopping MySQL database server mysqld [ OK ]
Then tried to start the sql stack using $ sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh start mysql
but returned "MYSQL Could not be started"
Also Checked using ~$ ps -Af and found this
mysql 5481 1 0 09:46 ? 00:00:00 /usr/sbin/mysqld
Also please advice if any other way we could get backup the of database using Filezilla or WinSCP etc so that we can start a new instance
