Could you please provide us a little more information?
- Are you using this application in a Cloud Provider (AWS, Google, Azure, ...) native installer (Windows, Linux,...) VMs
- Which exact version of the application are you using?
- Have you installed any plugin or modified any configuration file?
Anycase, assuming you are using a version od Drupal 8. You can use the following command in order to make a copy of your database data:
mysqldump -u root -p bitnami_drupal8 > backup.sql
