I launched a new instance in 1and1 to try to reproduce the issue again and everything worked as expected and didn't receive any error message. I checked that I'm using the same image you have and the same server type.
I checked that you already made some modifications to the base installation we provide, could you please let us know ...
- if you installed any extension in the application
- if you modified the default configuration of Odoo or if you configure any tool inside the app during this time
- if you modified the configuration of Apache or the database servers somehow
I checked that there are a lot of database errors in the production.log file like this one
File "/opt/bitnami/apps/odoo/lib/odoo-11.0.post20180418-py3.6.egg/odoo/sql_db.py", line 517, in _locked
return fun(self, *args, **kwargs)
File "/opt/bitnami/apps/odoo/lib/odoo-11.0.post20180418-py3.6.egg/odoo/sql_db.py", line 585, in borrow
File "/opt/bitnami/python/lib/python3.6/site-packages/psycopg2-2.7.1-py3.6-linux-x86_64.egg/psycopg2/__init__.py", line 130, in connect
conn = _connect(dsn, connection_factory=connection_factory, **kwasync)
psycopg2.OperationalError: FATAL: database "bitnami_odoo" does not exist
Did you modify the database settings?
