Yes, as you installed two stacks, you have two Apache instances, two databases... and so on. By default, when you put the domain in your browser it will access port 80. If you want to access another port you would need to add the specific port at the end, for example:
I assume that your Django installation is listening in port 80 and you want both to be accessible via port that port, right? You could create ProxyPass and ProxyPassReverse rules to forward traffic from one Apache to the other. Would that work for you?
