Looks like the issue is with how you configured the AWS Load Balancer rather than with the application itself. Did you configure an SSL certificate as well in the LB? Just to confirm that there is no issue with the cloud image, we have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to debug the issue. Could you please download and execute it on the machine where the stack is running?

If you are using a console in Linux or OSX, just type the following to download the tool:
wget -O bnsupport_tool LINK_OF_THE_TOOL && \
chmod +x bnsupport_tool && \
Note: Remember to change the placeholder LINK_OF_THE_TOOL for the link related to your operative system.
You will be prompted to indicate the directory where your stack is installed (which is /opt/bitnami on VMs and Cloud Images by default).
NOTE: The tool will inform you about the information that will be shared with us and you can decide whether to share it or not. Please review it and ask us any doubt you have if you do not agree with sharing some of the information.
