hi, is there a way to change the account ID of a virtual machine that i am hosting via bitnami's aws launchpad? i thought i saved the access ID/secret access key, but i'm unable to locate it. i want to keep my client's current website hosted on bitnami but i can't even get the ftp info because of the credentials gate. thank you in advance!
I actually kept a pem/ppk formats just in case. How are these used in unlocking the virtual machine launchpad?
In response to your 2nd question, I was following some troubleshooting tips from the AWS community (ignore this for now).
I though you were having issues to log in your server via FTP. If you conserve the key on .pem or ppk format, you can still connect to your server via SSH/SFTP using a SSH client. More information at:https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/faq/#connecting-with-an-ssh-client
What do you mean with "unlocking the VM"? I don't really understand if you have problems to connect to the VM or you are simply enable to manage it through the Bitnami launchpad for AWS.
