Thank you for responding. I went through and reviewed the document but I am using lightsail with a lightsail load balancer and I don't have access to those same settings. I can confirm that there is port 80 being used for http and port 443 being used for https. I can also confirm that I have a certificate setup and working properly.
I don't see a solution in this article.
Also, I have not been able to get a successful health check through lightsail with this system, maybe that is apart of the problem but I'm not sure.
