Can't replace favicon.ico file using filezilla

I have a bitnami operated aws moodle account, where I successfully can transfer files from my PC using filezilla. I am using the ip as host and bitnami as standard user id, with an option for asking for password. My moodle is using enlighlite theme which has no option for changing the favicon from moodle admin account.

However, I was trying to replace the favicon.ico with my own brand favicon.ico file and the access was denied! Then I realized I can only transfer files in between my pc and aws, but can't replace or rename that .ico file!

Please help as I need to do it in user friendly way. I am not such a tech savvy person so it would be helpful if I can do it without typing any manual command!

Sir I am not a tech guy so I require a detailed step by step instruction rather than a documentation, to provide the things you asked for. However, Is that thing mandatory? As, I can't and hence didn't play with internal settings very much. Isn't the problem generic for all users?

I thought ssh terminal as hectic for me so I chose to perform the said task with Filezilla. Your kind help will be highly appreciated!

Resolved!

Uploaded the file in another folder using Filezilla as I failed to use pscp to upload it. Then using putty ssh, sudo copied the same to the desired pix folder. Before that I used sudo remove to remove the previous favicon.ico file. Now everything is working fine after clearing the cache.
