Thanks for the file. I checked it but the tool didn't get some information. Is your server running out of free memory, or you didn't run the bnsupport tool using
sudo? Can you check it?
Apart from that, I see many errors in Apache related to plugins, can you check them? The file is located at
/opt/bitnami/apache2/logs/error_log. I also see some errors related to PageSpeed, which may be affected by a lack of memory. You can disable it by using the next guide
