Cannot log in to the MySQL server, WP pulls Error establishing a database connection

My site is down. I tried to check the status of the MySQL server it shows - mysql not running

I have tired restarting the server, still not working.

I ran the command to restart MySQL, but it turned /opt/bitnami/mysql/scripts/ctl.sh : mysql could not be started Monitored mysql

Could you run the Bnsupport Tool and send me the code ID at the end of the output?

sudo /opt/bitnami/bnsupport-tool
