When I follow your instructions here https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/apps/mautic/#accessing-phpmyadmin-on-linux-and-mac-os-x the terminal window freezes and I cannot connect via the given localhost url.
I can connect using the .pem to get a ssh session OK so it is nothing to do with that
UPDATE: Even when I try to follow Amazon's docs about connecting to the web interface for the resource manager this does not work and I get the error...
channel 2: open failed: administratively prohibited: open failed
However as I mentioned I can get an SSH session in the terminal OK.
I am not sure whether this is connected but I also do not have the relevant permissions to create directories when I am in the FTP using the suggested user name and password
