No, that isn't related. Your installation has a reasonable size and you have plenty of disk space left. The Support Tool issue could be related to the amount of RAM in your system.
Regarding phpMyAdmin, please, try to connect using the guide I linked earlier: https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/infrastructure/lamp/get-started/access-phpmyadmin/
And verify you are creating the tunnel correctly:
After you have followed the guide, verified the tunnel was created as shown in the above picture and tried to connect to phpMyAdmin, please show the output of
sudo tail -n 50 /opt/bitnami/apache2/logs/error_log with us.
