My instructions were missing a couple of things. Let me recap them with the missing bits...
- Add the following line at the beginning of the file (before the odoo include):
- Add the following content to

sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache
- Add the following lines to the
/opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/httpd.conf, just after the lines that start with
LoadModule php5_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/libphp5.so
Now, the interface for PhppgAdmin should be accessible at
Note with this configuration, phppgadmin will only be accessible through localhost. If you want to access from your browser follow this guide about accessing PhppgAdmin from remote.
These instructions are also only applicable to your environment, based on the fact that PHP and the php library for Apache were installed along
phppgadmin when you did
apt-get, and is located at
