Can not log into Bitnami Hadoop on VirtualBox

bnsupport ID: Can’t run because I can’t log in.
When I try to log into the installation, using the supplied username and password on the installation screen, I get an error.

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn’t understand how to supply the credentials required.”

Thank you for using Bitnami. Please note that Hadoop requires at least 7GB of RAM to work properly. Does the host machine have enough free RAM memory to host the Bitnami Hadoop VM?

We have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?
