Following this manualhttps://docs.bitnami.com/virtual-machine/components/phpmyadmin/but can not access via browser.Putty event log said: localport 8888 forwarding to localhost:80
Where is the mistake here?
Are you using a Virtual Machine on Windows or did you use a Native Installer for Windows? The link you shared is the related with VMs.
If you're using VMs, the problem could be related with the Virtual Network configuration.
Sorry, I did not get it...I'm on Windows 10, no virtual machines, website on Linux (Amazon).At the logs I see:
Opening connection to localhost:80 for forwarding from 12188.8.131.52Forwarded port closed
If you follow the steps described in the guide below:https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/components/phpmyadmin/
And you obtain the log message you mentioned:
Putty event log said:

You should be able to access phpMyAdmin opening a browser and browsing to http://127.0.0.1:8888/phpmyadmin/
This manual looks the same like for virtual machine.Log said: forwarded port closed. May be its busy?..I have Varnish and change port to 81.

No more opinions?
If you're trying to create the tunnel to the port 81, you previously need to open that port on your server. You can do it following the steps in the guide below:https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/faq/#how-to-open-the-server-ports-for-remote-access
It was opened already at AWS
Type: Custom TCP RuleProtocol: TCPPort Range: 81Source: 0.0.0.0/0
Could you please check that you're server is listening on that port? You just need to connect to your server and run the command below:
Please check my log:
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:81 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:80 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN tcp 0 0 xxx.31.24.27:80 xx.63.188.116:65372 TIME_WAIT tcp 0 0 xxx.31.24.27:80 xx.249.82.87:46191 TIME_WAITtcp6 0 0 :::80 :::* LISTEN
The problem could also be that the port that Putty is unable to forward is the 62154 because it's already in use in your machine. You could try using a different port.
