Hallo, could someone please help me to explain or share about integrating Testlink and Jenkins. Maybe you guys already have experience on it.
I have successfully integrated Jenkins and Testlink and then I found that I should run the project from Jenkins and then Jenkins will ask the Testlink which test case it should execute. Finally and shortly, Jenkins will send the pass/fail result of each test cases to Testlink. So the conclusion is, user should trigger Jenkins first to run the automation test and then send the result status to Testlink.
My question is: can I do the reverse so that Testlink will be the one triggering Jenkins to run the automation test and then return the result status to Testlink? Is there any way for user to trigger something maybe by pressing a button on the test case execution on Testlink interface?
I'm a beginner user of Testlink, much appreciate for your help. Thanks!
