Why the login form inputs(even the login button) don't show properly? The login form looks like just a blank page. Also there is no "Conference" menu on course page.
Steps to reproduce the issue (if relevant):
Just enter the server's IP Address in address bar in Chrome. After that, login and create new course. In the side menu of the new course, there is no "Conference" menu.
Copy the apache log (if relevant):
