BitnamiST code not accepted in form

Type: Bitnami Support Tool

Description:
Ran the support tool a number of times - not able to make all changes suggested. Could not send through ticket regarded domain name and SSL change.

Hi @twickerati,

Could you tell me why it wasn’t possible to create a ticket? Didn’t the bnsupport tool generate an ID at the end, or didn’t the ticket creation form accept it?

Regards,
Michiel

Hi Michiel

It would accept the code that I put into the ticket form, but the blue Continue button wouldn’t allow me to click it (comes up with a sort of no-entry sign when you hover over it).

I was actually trying to raise a ticket regarding SSL and domain name. Any advice on how I can post that?

Hi @twickerati,

Can you share the bnsupport code here? What is the issue exactly?

Regards,
Michiel

Hi Michiel

I’ve just run it again. Here’s the code:

db79523b-5101-3c8b-c300-ac24f6a5806a

Have been trying to migrate the IP address to the domain on the AWS Lightsail DNS zone that I’ve set up, but having trouble following documentation:

https://docs.bitnami.com/google/apps/wordpress/administration/configure-domain/

https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en_us/articles/amazon-lightsail-using-lets-encrypt-certificates-with-wordpress#install-certbot-on-your-instance-wordpress

Something has gone wrong and I can no longer access the WordPress site.

Any guidance much appreciated!

Regards
Twickers

Hi @twickerati,

The guide you shared is not for WordPress multisite which has a different approach:

https://docs.bitnami.com/ibm/apps/wordpress-multisite/configuration/configure-wordpress-multisite/

In any case, can you check the php.ini file? It seems to be empty. This is probably causing the issue. You can find the original values here:

sudo cat /opt/bitnami/bnsupport/original-data/php/etc/php.ini

Can you revert those changes and restart Apache?

sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache

Michiel
