Description:
I cannot access to my wordpress. SSH couldn’t connect to bitnami.

I cannot use SSH key also. It say “Server refused our key”

Hi @tu.vianh,

According to the Bndiagnostic data there are many requests coming from the same IP’s which usually indicates a bot attack. If you can’t access the server I recommend shutting it down and launching a new instance and migrate the website there, assuming you have a backup. If that’s not possible I recommend contacting AWS EC2 support for more information how you could access your instance through SSH again.

Regards,
Michiel
