- You have a WAMP stack in a local Windows server. Did you make any change in the configuration files of the installation? I understand that you deployed your application in that machine but don't know if you already try tried to modify the Apache's configuration to improve its performance.
We have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration. Could you please download and execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?

The Bitnami solutions don't use the httpd-mpm.conf file by default. There is a main configuration file, httpd.conf and then we include our own configuration file (apache2/conf/bitnami/bitnami.conf).
You are using CloudFlare to cache the content of that application so the users don't access the machine directly. I can verify this using this online tool:
As you can see, those IPs belong to CloudFlare and the headers information sets it
